Create storage unit groups
The following procedure describes how to create a storage unit groups that consists of the storage units.
To reate a storage unit groups
- On the left, click Storage > Storage units.
- Click Storage unit groups tab and then click Add. Add storage unit group dialog box is displayed.
- Specify a group name in Storage unit group name and then click Add storage units. Storage units to be added in the group dialog box is displayed.
- Select the required storage units and then click Add.
Note:
You can search for storage unit/s based on storage unit name.
Click filter icon to narrow down the storage unit options based on the category.
- Select the appropriate Storage unit selection. Based on the selected storage unit selection, the applied policy will be executed.
Note:
Media server load balancing storage unit selection option is not allowed if Basic Disk storage unit is in the storage unit group.

- Click Create.
