Reset multifactor authentication for a user
Only the NetBackup administrator can reset multifactor authentication for other NetBackup users.
To reset multifactor authentication for a NetBackup user
- On the top right, click Settings > Global security.
- Go to the Security controls tab.
- Locate the section Reset multifactor authentication for a user. Then select Reset.
- Select the user for whom you want to reset multifactor authentication.
- Select Reset.
- At the prompt, enter the one-time password and select Confirm.
