Unlock a NetBackup user
You can view the user accounts that are currently locked out of NetBackup and unlock one or more users.
By default a user's account only remains locked for 24 hours. You can change this time by adjusting the setting.

To unlock out a locked user account
- On the left, click Security > User sessions.
- At the top right, click User account settings.
- Go to the Locked users tab.
- Select the user account that you want to unlock.
- Select Unlock.
To unlock all locked user accounts
- On the left, click Security > User sessions.
- At the top right, click User account settings.
- Go to the Locked users tab.
- Select Unlock all users.
