Allow Tenant Expire Backup

No

The setting when enabled allows tenants to expire backups in the system. If enabled, a corresponding option is displayed to tenants, allowing them to manually expire older backups as required.

The default setting is Disabled.

Allow Tenant Register Computer

No

The setting when enabled, allows tenants to register computers in the system. The tenants see the option to add and register their own computers within the environment.

The default setting is Disabled.

Enable Restore Approval Workflow

No

The setting when enabled, activates the restore approval workflow. All tenant restore requests require administrator approval before the restore job is triggered. The administrator has the option to approve or deny the request. If the request is denied, the tenant is notified, and the request status is marked as Denied in the status list.

The default setting is Disabled.

Note:

The recommendation is that you only set a system wide or tenant level flag. An override at tenant user level should only be considered if the system-wide setting is set to enabled.

More information about the configuration of tenants is available.

See Configuring tenants.
