Viewing host ID-based certificate details

Details for each host ID-based certificate can be viewed in the NetBackup web UI or with the nbcertcmd command or the NetBackup APIs.

To view certificate details in the NetBackup web UI

  1. Open the NetBackup web UI.
  2. On the left, click Security > Certificates.

    The certificate details are displayed in the right pane.

  3. Select the host name and click View details.

To view certificate details using the nbcertcmd command

  • To view all of the host IDs that are assigned to a host from different primary servers, run the following command on a NetBackup host:

    nbcertcmd -listCertDetails
