NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 9855

Message: Snapshot export failed.

Explanation: During snapshot import, the snapshot was not successfully exported from the array.

In the case of cloud backups when a snapshot import is performed, the snapshot was not successfully exported from the virtual machine disks.

Recommended Action: Refer to the bpfis logs on the client or the alternate client for more information.

For cloud backups, review the NCFNBCS logs on the media server for relevant information.
