NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 9851

Message: For plug-ins configured directly with NetBackup, the original instance name and specified plug-in ID must be same.

Explanation: When you update a plug-in that is configured directly from NetBackup (not preconfigured), the original instance name and specified plug-in ID must be same.

Recommended Action: If the ID is different, you can update all the other parameters apart from the ID. NetBackup does not support updates to the ID.
