NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 5991

Message: The specified host either does not exist or the auto reissue certificate parameter is not set for the host.

Explanation: In order for NetBackup to reissue the certificate on the specified host, it should be a valid host and the auto reissue certificate parameter should be set for the host.

Recommended Action: Ensure that the specified host exists and that the auto reissue certificate parameter is set for the host. If the host to be recovered does not exist, initiate the Prepare to Restore workflow again for the host. To set the auto reissue certificate parameter for the host, run the following command:

nbhostmgmt -allowautoReissueCert -autoReissue 1

Alternatively, you can use the NetBackup Administration Console.
