MEDIA_REQUEST_DELAY option for NetBackup servers
This option specifies the number of seconds that NetBackup waits for a non-robotic drive to become ready.

How to use | Change the MEDIA_REQUEST_DELAY by using the nbemmcmd command. For information about these commands, see the NetBackup Commands Reference Guide. The default is that NetBackup does not wait for non-robotic drives to become ready. This option should appear only once in the configuration file. |
Example | The following command indicates to NetBackup to wait 150 seconds for a non-robotic drive to become ready for use. nbemmcmd -changesetting -MEDIA_REQUEST_DELAY 150 |
