Error while backup of MySQL asset

The following table describes the problem that might occur when you back up MySQL asset. Backup jobs fail with error code 6.

Failed to backup the requested files.	Verify the MySQL service is up and running on client. Contact Cohesity Technical Support and share `bphdb` and `nbmysql` logs from backup client.
SSL connection error: `SSL_CTX_set_default_verify_paths` failed	Verify the connection to MySQL instance works with the provided SSL certificates. Assign valid certificates to the SSL environment variables. Verify the permissions and owner assigned to certificates.
