Enhancements in multi-person authorization

Starting with NetBackup 10.4, multi-person authorization is supported for operations that are performed using command-line (CLI) options, and NetBackup Administration Console along with NetBackup web UI, and REST APIs. You can now enable multi-person authorization for new operations such as changing security properties, removing image hold, removing WORM retention lock, changing WORM configuration and so on.
