Explanation: The specified cloud domain attributes Tenant Id, Subscription Id, Subscription Name, Resource Groups, cannot be retrieved.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the NetBackup services and Snapshot Manager containers are running. Check connectivity between the NetBackup primary server, the Snapshot Manager server, and the cloud service provider. Retry the operation again.
