Installing Postgres client utility
Download locations | RHEL 7 | https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/14/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/ |
RHEL 8 | https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/14/redhat/rhel-8-x86_64/ |
To install, run the following commands in the terminal:
- rpm -ivh postgresql14-libs-14.3-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm
- rpm -ivh postgresql14-14.3-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm
Note:
Assuming that the firewall settings are configured appropriately to access databases within the cloud provider.
