Port requirements for Kubernetes operator deployment

Following table shows the port requirements for the Kubernetes operator deployment. If firewall exist between the various hosts, you must open the required communication ports.

Review the Kubernetes configuration to ensure that the Kubernetes API server port has not been changed from 443 to a non-default port; often 6443 or 8443.
