Ensure that the required configuration steps are carried out on every NetBackup host as applicable.

  1. Enable FIPS mode for each host in the NetBackup domain.

    • You must carry out the following step if the host is a master server:

      You must enable FIPS mode for the NetBackup Authentication Broker (AT) by updating the VRTSatlocal.conf configuration file on the master server.
