NetBackup™ for OpenStack Administrator's Guide

Cancel a Restore

Ongoing Restores can be canceled.

Using Horizon

To cancel a Restore in Horizon follow these steps:

  1. On the Horizon console, navigate to NBOS Backups > Policies.

  2. Identify the policy that contains the snapshot to delete.

  3. Click the policy name to enter the policy overview.

  4. Navigate to the Snapshots tab.

  5. Identify the searched snapshot in the snapshot list.

  6. Click the snapshot name.

  7. Navigate to the Restore tab.

  8. Identify the ongoing Restore.

  9. Click Cancel Restore in the line of the restore in question.

  10. Click Cancel Restore again to confirm.

Using CLI
nbosjm restore-cancel <restore_id>
  • <restore_id> ID of the restore to be deleted
