Activity monitor improvements in the NetBackup web UI

The following improvements were made to the Activity monitor in this release.

  • When you open an individual job, the web UI performance has been improved so the job details are displayed faster.

  • Job details can be opened in a separate (new) window.

The following improvements were made to job filters.

  • Job filters can be private or public (shared with other users).

  • Job filters can be exported and imported.

  • Filters can be exported from the NetBackup Administration Console and then imported into the web UI, with limitations.

  • Filters can be dragged to different positions in the filters toolbar.

  • Additional job filters were added. For example, Elapsed time, Attempt, and Instance or database.

  • Time-based filters now allow relative times. For example, you can filter jobs based on the previous 24 hours.
