Supported IKE and ESP algorithms
To meet FIPS and STIG compliance requirements, the appliance restricts the IKE and ESP algorithms that you can select for a tunnel to a validated catalog. The catalog is based on the recommended algorithm list for the appliance operating system.
The available algorithms may change between appliance releases. When you configure a tunnel, select from the algorithms that the Flex Appliance Console offers rather than entering algorithm names manually.
Note:
If you need an algorithm that is not currently in the catalog, contact Cohesity Support to request a support exception to add it. Algorithms cannot be removed from the catalog.
