Deleting an IPsec tunnel
You can delete the IPsec tunnel. Before you begin, take the application instance offline. The instance must be offline for the entire duration of the delete operation.
To delete an IPsec tunnel
- Sign in to the Flex Appliance Console as an administrator.
- On the System topology page, under Application instances, select the application instance that has the IPsec tunnel that you want to delete.
- Select the IPsec tab.
- Select the IPsec tunnel, and click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Bring the application instance back online.
Note:
When you delete an application instance, the appliance automatically removes all of its IPsec tunnels. If you change the application instance's IP address, delete the IPsec tunnels that were configured for the previous IP address, and create new tunnels for the updated IP address.
