Collecting default and additional diagnostic logs
You can collect the default or additional diagnostic logs and sanitize sensitive data from the generated log packages using the support data-collect command.
The command provides the following options:
Collect default and additional diagnostic logs
Delete the log package that were generated using the data-collect command.
List all the generated log packages from the /log/data-collect directory.
Display the status of the ongoing data-collect command.
Upload the log package that were generated using the data-collect command.
Enable, disable, and view the current setting for sanitizing sensitive data.
To collect additional diagnostic logs:
support data-collect advanced
To view generated log packages in the /log/data-collect directory :
support data-collect list
To upload the generated log package:
support data-collect upload file=
To mask sensitive data such as personally identifiable information (PII) in the generated data-collect log package:
support data-collect sanitize-data enable
