Enhancements to appliance logging
The following enhancements are made for collecting appliance logs:
Forwarding appliance logs to an external server
You can forward the appliance system logs (syslogs) to an external log management server. The following two types of log severs are supported:
HP Arcsight
Splunk
Using the Log Transfer Console
You can collect and download logs using the Log Transfer Console, which provides a web-based interface to collect logs from a node that is a part of a cluster or from a node that is not yet configured in a cluster.
