To add or edit a tier policy on a secondary tier

1. Prerequisites:

   Create the secondary tier.

2. In the File Systems tab, select the file system that has the secondary tier. Select the Storage tab.
3. Configured Policy Rules: Click the plus icon.
4. Select what action to take (Data Movement or Data Deletion).
5. Selected Policy Rules: Right-click the ellipses and select Modify Policy.
6. Add or edit the tier policy by selecting the appropriate options.

   Workflow information is provided at the bottom of the wizard panel.

7. View the Recent Activity panel for the status of the task.

To edit a data movement or a prune policy on a secondary tier

1. Click on the secondary tier policy (data movement or prune policy) that you want to edit.
2. Click the pencil icon.
3. Different fields display depending on which policy you choose to edit.
