SaaS Connector Support Channel Access

You can enable the Support Channel for SaaS Connector when you need assistance from Cohesity employees. When enabled, Support Channel access applies to all SaaS connectors under that connection.

Enable SaaS Connector Support Channel Access

To enable the Support Channel access for SaaS Connectors in a SaaS Connection(applies to all SaaS connectors in that connection):

  1. In Cloud Protection Service, go to Settings > SaaS Connections.

  2. Select the Actions menu (⋮) next to the SaaS connection.

  3. Select Support Access.

  4. In the Support Access pane:

    1. Turn on Support Channel.

    2. In Channel Active Until, select the date when access should expire.

  5. Select Save.

After you enable the support channel, the expiry time appears in the SaaS Connections details table.

If the operation fails, an error message appears in the table. Select Retry to try again.

Disable SaaS Connector Support Channel Access

To disable the Support Channel access for SaaS Connectors in a SaaS Connection (disables access for all SaaS connectors in that connection):

  1. In Cloud Protection Service, go to Settings > SaaS Connections.

  2. Select the Actions menu (⋮) next to the SaaS connection.

  3. Select Support Access.

  4. In the Support Access pane, turn off Support Channel.

  5. Select Save.

Support channel access is disabled immediately.
