Explanation: On UNIX, the SERVER = server_name line is omitted from the bp.conf file. On Windows, the server list contains no entries.
Recommended Action: Do the following, as appropriate:
On a UNIX client, add the following line to the top of the
/usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conffile:SERVER = server_name
On a Microsoft Windows client, add the server name on the drop-down in the Specify NetBackup Machines and Policy Type dialog box. To display this dialog box, start the Backup, Archive, and Restore interface on the client. Then click on the File menu.
